ASCOPE Site Visit to Turtle Conservation and Education Center03/06/2024Alongside the 8th ASCOPE Mid-Year Task Force Meeting 2024, the Site Visit program featured a tour of the Turtle Conservation and Education Center (TCEC) on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Located on Serangan Island, Bali, TCEC is a sanctuary dedicated to the preservation and rehabilitation of sea turtles and is a Pertamina’s CSR initiative. The center focuses on the care and protection of sea turtles while promoting public awareness through educational programs. -
ASCOPE Sukses Menyelenggarakan Pertemuan Gugus Tugas Tengah Tahun ke-8 pada 27-30 Mei 2024 di Bali03/06/2024The 8th ASCOPE (ASEAN Council on Petroleum) Mid-Year Task Force Meeting was successfully held from May 27 to 30, 2024, at the Patra Bali Resorts & Villas. Under the theme "Enhancing Energy Connectivity and Resilience," the event brought together participants from nine ASEAN Member States: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. -
The 8th ASCOPE Mid-Year Task Force Meeting: Reviewing Achievements and Shaping Future Initiatives04/06/2024The 8th ASCOPE Mid-Year Task Force Meeting and its associated sessions, hosted by Pertamina, were successfully held from May 27 to 30, 2024, at The Patra Bali Resorts and Villa, Indonesia. During the meeting, the ASCOPE Secretariat and Task Force Chairpersons provided updates on their progress in line with the Key Performance Indicators established by the ASCOPE Council. ASEAN PETROLEUM SECURITY AGREEMENT (APSA)
The new ASEAN Petroleum Security Agreement or APSA is a covenant among Member States that establishes petroleum sharing scheme aimed at assisting Member State(s) in time of emergencies due to petroleum supply shortages. To date, APSA has already been fully ratified by ten (10) Member States namely Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
ASCOPE HSSE Management System Guideline
The ASCOPE HSSE Management System Guidelines define a set of minimum requirements for oil and gas companies operating in ASEAN countries. The Guidelines will act as a framework to provide order and consistency for HSSE management in ASCOPE.
